高伟（邓一君饰）本是前途无量的预科生，哪知道父亲的外遇对象彭小红（雪梨饰）忽然出现要争名分争家产，在一场意外之中，高伟和彭小红之间爆发了矛盾，最终高伟锒铛入狱，曾经的美好梦想都不复存在。 刚刚来到劳改中心的高伟对这里的一切都感到非常的反感，处处受人欺负，幸运的是，他结识了大飞（张崇基饰）、老虎（林敬刚饰）、三米（吴家乐饰）等人，在感化官吕立刚（刘家辉饰）的帮助之下，高伟渐渐适应了这里的生活，并且重建了对未来的信心。终于，高伟刑满出狱，可是外面的生活和他想象里的天差地别，处处碰壁的高伟渐渐开始自暴自弃。。Mindwash follows the story of Billy Seldom (Ben Edlin), a motivational speaker who is on the verge of becoming a household name with the slogan, "Think for Yourself."
