《Stage K》是来自世界各地的挑战者组队进行Kpop舞蹈比赛的节目，被称为“挑战者”的各地Kpop粉丝，为了与梦想中的“Dream star”一起站上舞台，重现“Dream star”的表演展开激烈舞蹈对决。虽然每期都有不同的“Dream star”，但是“K-Leaders”不会改变而是持续出演，像前辈一样帮助挑战者。。以全罗南道某韩屋为背景，享受韩国风情的韩屋体验真人秀。节目宗旨是：由于工作、学业原因，在这个期间来到韩国，希望藉著这个机会让在没有享受过韩国风情的外国人在韩屋寄宿，感受韩屋的美、韩国的魅力。。Back in the 80s, five friends cause raucous in their schooldays.
