《人到中年I：山海间的前浪、中浪和后浪》是纪录片《人到中年》的第一部，通过对成都“山海间”周围老、中、青“蓉飘”们摆龙门阵的记录，主要反映了各年龄段普通人在现实和梦想中浮沉，在焦虑和希冀间拼搏的社会现实。“人到中年”不仅指年龄上成为中年人，在本片中还指生理和心理上遭遇重重压力，在焦虑中亟寻出路的一种状态。友情提示：《人到中年》第一部对话较多，故事性较淡，对纪录片故事性要求较高的朋友慎看（《人到中年》第二部故事性相对较强，可以期待）。Andrew Dominik’s career has been crossing paths with Nick Cave’s since 2000’s Chopper, which was scored by original Bad Seeds member Mick Harvey.
