故事以赤穗藩（现在的兵库县）为舞台，讲述为了给在江户城松廊下伤人而被迫切腹谢罪的赤穗藩君主浅野内匠头报仇，四十七名浪人武士团结一致，向宿敌吉良上野介报仇……。段如风浪迹江湖，在江陵城外救了新任知府，知府感念段的救命之恩，将他留在衙门里做了府兵统领。段如风自觉有责任保一方安宁。江陵城里怨声四起，丢了孩子母亲跪在府衙门前求助，段如风想起自己的母亲…为了这些善良的老百姓，段如风毅然决然积极筹划攻破暗月幽林，可是江陵城三大门派之一的暗月幽林岂是他一人能够抗衡。段如风利用身份招兵买马，可收效甚微；他看尽世态炎凉，一人一刀一马，悍然出发，仅凭四成的把握，加上暗月幽林的轻敌，突袭成功。而此刻他自己也身负重伤，却因祸得福，在紧要关头突破瓶颈，修为上升；老马为其战死，血肉重塑了青风；段如风留得半条命救了所有的孩子，他消失在世间，入密穴闭关，疗伤、修炼。。Season 3 follows the fortunes of a young U-boat crew as they engage in the Battle of the Atlantic, are hunted down by an obsessed Royal Navy Commander (Ray Stevenson) and are sent on a dangerous mission to the Southern Hemisphere.
