电影舞台设定在2003年，一天建设公司宣传组长提议利用现有技术和材料把动画《魔神Z》中出现的地下仓库建造出来，于是公司内外的技术人员开始合作，一起挑战这个有趣的任务。。A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success.
