史提夫巴西米饰演剧中之导演尼克李维。它描述导演尼克在导一部戏时错误百出，笑料连篇的剧情。为了不使剧情过于突兀，并保持连贯性，尼克在剧中以夸张的动作，帮倒忙的演出。剧中导浪尼克，有一群共事的人员，包括带头的电影放映师大狼，摄影师所用的道具灵感来自比利爱达及史弟芬维史特两位人员。尼可是一位有天份但又有点神经质的女演员；她和男演员查德帕罗米洛有过一段情史，但后来对他却又爱又恨。另外导演助理由丹尼尔饰演刻中铁石心肠的人物，汪达。还有不断出现剧中的甘草人物，贾佛。。A senior commissioner, head of the Crime Suppression Brigade, is arrested and detained by the police for four days after 25 years of impeccable professional careers. He is then put under investigation and placed under strict judicial control for criminal conspiracy, drug trafficking, theft and seizure by the investigating judge in charge of the case.。
